Just 350 yards from Miramar Beach's regional public beach access which is one of the largest in the county! This 1,250 Square foot 2 Story Condo provides plenty of room for everyone to gather together or spread out! First floor is an open concept living room, dining room & kitchen with 1/2 bath and a lovely balcony with cushioned loveseat & chairs overlooking green space and the pool area. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, a 6-person dining table, 4 stools at the breakfast bar and a table and chairs in the kitchen. The second floor provides two bedrooms each with king-sized beds & private ensuite bathroom! There is also a full-sized washer/dryer in the 2nd floor hallway! Also close to golf, shopping, great restaurants and many other attractions.

House Rules

Additional rules PARKING: Each condominium unit is authorized one parking space, which is clearly marked. Only one vehicle may park in a given space. The assigned parking spot for my unit is the end spot in front of the "D Building" next to the mailboxes. The parking spots on the other side of those mailboxes are "guest spots" thats are available on a first come first served basis. There are also more guest spots in front of the pool. Please do not park in any parking spot that is assigned another unit as cars in the wrong spot can/will be towed. VEHICLES: There shall be no parking or storage on association property or common elements of trailers, vessels, boats and any other watercraft, motor homes, recreational vehicles (RVs), limousines, off-road vehicles, campers, golf carts, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicles other than those commercial vehicles being used to provide immediate services to either condominium units or association property or common elements. MISC: The hanging of bathing suits, towels, clothing, rugs, or other items from balcony or stairway/ walkway railings is prohibited. SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool hours of operation are 8:00am to 11:00pm (Central) daily. All pets/animals are prohibited from the swimming pool area. All children under 10 years of age shall have designated adult supervision (i.e., a person 18 years of age or older who is responsible for the child) present at all times while they are in the swimming pool area. Items restricted from the swimming pool area include tobacco products and glass/breakable containers or objects that could pose a safety hazard if dropped or left unattended. Non-breakable beverage containers are allowed in the swimming pool area, but not in the pool or ledge/shelf. Food is permitted at the tables and must remain 4 feet from the pool/wet deck. Prior to departing the area, users must dispose of all trash to include food scraps, packaging, and drink containers in the trash receptacles. Running and horseplay are prohibited anywhere in the swimming pool area. All swimmers shall shower prior to entering the swimming pool to remove oil and beach sand that severely damages the pool filtration system. No Diving. Infants and toddlers who are not potty-trained shall not enter the swimming pool unless they wear swim diapers specifically designed to prevent fecal waste from escaping into the swimming pool. NOISE: “Quiet Hours” shall be observed and adhered to on Sandprints Condominium Association property and common elements and in condominium units from 10:00pm to 7:00am (Central) daily. It shall be a violation of this “Quiet Hours” provision for a unit owner, guest, or tenant/renter to make, cause, or allow the making of any noise or sound that is plainly audible to other unit owners, guests, or tenants. Initially, complainants shall directly address violations of any provision of this association rule with the unit owner, guest, or tenant/renter causing the noise or sound violation. If the initial notification of a violation of this association rule to the violating unit owner, guest, or tenant/renter does not immediately result in the cessation or mitigation of the excessive noise or sound, the complainant may request assistance from the Walton County Sheriff Office. Note: The Walton County Sheriff Office aggressively enforces the county’s noise and sound ordinances. PETS: Unit owner guests or tenants/renters shall not be authorized, nor allowed, to bring any pets or animals into condominium units or onto association property or common elements except as provided below with regard to "service animals". SERVICE ANIMALS: Florida follows federal law (Americans with Disabilities Act or ADA) limiting service animals to only dogs. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Service animals are working animals and not pets. All other animals are therapy, emotional support, comfort, or companion animals and do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Florida law makes it a second-degree misdemeanor to misrepresent one’s self as disabled in order to bring their animal into a public facility, business, or housing/residence. WASTE AND GARBAGE: Tenants/renters and guests shall not dispose of any waste, trash, garbage, refuse, or debris outside of or near the association dumpster or on any other places on the association property. Tenants/renters shall not place food waste in bags outside of their condominium units. BIKES: Bicycles may only be stored/parked on condominium unit patios or balconies or in association bicycle racks. The owner/association has no liability for any damage or loss to any bicycle parked in the bicycle racks. Bicycle owners/users are responsible for adequately securing their bicycles to the bicycle racks. MAX CAPACITY: The maximum personnel occupancy load for each two-bedroom condominium unit shall not exceed seven (7) persons who shall be allowed to sleep overnight in the condominium unit. For the purpose of this rule, the time period used to define “sleep overnight” is from 10:00pm to 6:00am (Central) daily. SUB-LEASING: Tenants/renters shall not sub-lease the unit.

Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was immaculate from top to bottom — everything was spotless, organized, and felt so welcoming. The area was also perfect: quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed. You can tell the host really cares about making guests comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!

This was a great place to stay. Very nice and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Was nice to have 2 balconies as well. The only thing I would say is the sofa was very uncomfortable(I think bc it’s a pull out) Other than that everything was perfect.
